- Drive assigned specific commercial streets and visit potential storeowners to market the company’s available retail spaces as potential new store locations and lease office
- Cold call potential tenants to lease available retail store & office locations in assigned areas
- Follow-up leads and potential tenants’ deals until
- Show space, when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales ability a must. Sales experience helpful. (Retail or business account development).
- College degree preferred (B.S./B.A. in Business Administration or Marketing)
- Highly energetic & aggressive self-starter.
- Strong interest in commercial/retail real estate
- Familiar with the Inland Empire (San Bernardino/Riverside) and Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley/San Gabriel Valley/Highland Park) areas
- Have own car.
