1. Drive assigned specific commercial streets and visit potential storeowners to market the company’s available retail spaces as potential new store locations and lease office
  2. Cold call potential tenants to lease available retail store & office locations in assigned areas
  3. Follow-up leads and potential tenants’ deals until
  4. Show space, when needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Sales ability a must. Sales experience helpful. (Retail or business account development).
  2. College degree preferred (B.S./B.A. in Business Administration or Marketing)
  3. Highly energetic & aggressive self-starter.
  4. Strong interest in commercial/retail real estate
  5. Familiar with the Inland Empire (San Bernardino/Riverside) and Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley/San Gabriel Valley/Highland Park) areas
  6. Have own car.
